What is most rewarding about running your business?: I enjoy the challenge and creativity required to keep a professional services business that can produce a competitive advantage to its clients.
I also enjoy the fulfillment in providing employment opportunities for financial and accounting personnel who 1)have worked in school to learn and accomplish; and, 2) in the work place to build a reputation of competency and integrity

What challenges have you faced and how have you overcome them?: consulting and recruiting are competitive industries that require creativity and hard work and a little luck to consistently stand out.   I am 6’10” tall which of course helps out on the standing out.
